  • Shipping & Delivery

    Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address during checkout as the address can not be changed after checkout. We are not responsible for any incorrect or undeliverable addresses. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason at any time. We provide free standard shipping to United States customers. Please allow up to 48 hours processing time max. Usually within 24 hours(except Sat & Sun) after receiving cleared payments. The carrier will depend on the size of your items. Smaller items send via USPS and larger items send via UPS or FedEx. Estimated arrival time vary by different item location. Once we have confirmed that your order was picked up by the shipping carrier, we will update the tracking information. We do ship to AK, HI, PO boxes, or APO addresses.

    • Warm-Weather Shipping

    As the days get longer and the weather gets warmer, we will be utilizing our warm-weather shipping procedures.To ensure you receive your order in optimal condition, we will be utilizing ice packs for parcels shipping at our Shipping Department's discretion based on the forecast as of your order's ship date. Orders can be submitted for a future shipping date. However, we are unable to hold orders beyond the stated ship date or to contact you for approval prior to shipping.

    • International

    We are unable to support the use of international billing or shipping addresses.

    The SweetGourmet is committed to maintaining your confidence and trust, and accordingly maintains the following privacy policy to protect any personal information you provide online: It is our policy that your personal information, such as your name, postal address, email address, and telephone number is private and confidential. This information will be used only to make sure that your order gets delivered to you in the timeliest manner possible and promotional mailings list for which you will have the right to unsubscribe. We will never provide or sell personal information to third parties.

  • Cancellations, Returns & Replacements

    We want you to be absolutely satisfied with our products. If for any reasons you aren't satisfied with the product(s) purchased, you can return any non-engraved item in its orginal condition for a refund within 14 days from the delivery date, including all accessories and packaging materials. Return packages must be post marked within 14 days upon delivery of products. If the return is a result of our error, we'll provide a prepaid return label and the restocking fee will be waived. Please understand that shipping and handling fee is not refundable. The Buyer has 2 business days from the date that the order was placed in which to cancel said order with no obligation. Upon delivery and acceptance of ordered and invoiced merchandise the sale is considered final with no further obligation, except for manufacturer's warranties and guarantees, on behalf of the SweetGourmet Company. The SweetGourmet Company reserves the right to refuse to cancel or to accept the return for credit of all or any part of the merchandise ordered which has been manufactured or ordered specifically to meet the Buyer's requirements, as set forth in the order and associated invoice. The SweetGourmet Company also reserves the right to refuse for return any food or candy products and/or any product that has been opened, partially or wholly assembled by customer, and not returned in its unopened original packaging.

    We believe in providing the highest quality and most reliable vending products at the lowest market prices possible, with customer service and technical support second to none. Our orders are shipped promptly and with great care. We take the time to serve each and every customer as though they were our only and most important customer.

    • Redeeming Promotional and Discount Codes

    Some promotions or discounts will require a code. If you receive a special offer for an online purchase, enter the promo code in your shopping bag or during checkout in the space provided and click Apply. Messaging will appear to confirm if it has been added or if there is a problem.

  • Payment

    We accept most major credit cards & SweetGourmet Gift Cards • Visa • MasterCard • American Express • Discover Card • PayPal
    We will not charge your credit card until we ship your order. However, an authorization will be placed on your card to ensure funds are available and may have an effect on your available balance. If you pay for your order with a SweetGourmet Gift Card, we will reduce the balance of your Gift Card as soon as you place your order.

    • Important Information About Payment

    We do not store credit card information or credit card identification numbers. You will be asked to enter this information each time you make a purchase. For additional security, the billing name, address and phone number must match that of the credit card used for payment.

  • Gift Cards

    We will ship Gift Cards FREE, via UPS Ground or USPS. If you order a Gift Card with other items, your Gift Card will ship separately. Shipping charges will apply to your product order, but not your Gift Card.
